Built for this industry
Decking, risers, chairs, banquet tables, truss, LED panels, moving lights, drape, and venues — the gear an event actually gets built from, not a generic 3D asset store.
EVT3D is a browser-based 3D design studio for the live-event industry. Lay out the show — stage, seating, truss, LED, lighting, drape — at real-world dimensions, then send your client a private link they can walk through on any device.
No 3D background required, nothing to install. The library carries event gear at true size, the builders generate staging, seating, and rigging to spec, and every change autosaves to the cloud as you work.
Free plan, no credit card. Nothing to install — it runs in the browser.
This is the studio's own Event Wizard. Pick what you're creating and it lays out the stage, screens, seating and FOH to spec. Try a General Session below: drag the walls and the stage line and watch the capacity update. It doubles as a quick space study.

Pick the event type, give the Wizard the room and the headcount, and it lays out the stage, screens and seating to spec.
Move the stage, restack the seating, hang the truss and light the room — at real dimensions, with real products.
Send a link the client walks through in any browser, revise together, and pass the approved concept to production.
Most 3D tools hand you an empty grid and a modeling course. EVT3D starts you with the gear a show gets built from — staging, seating, truss, LED, scenic, lighting — at the sizes it actually ships in, so you can stand up a credible layout on day one without ever opening a modeling tool.

Everything is modeled at true size, so a layout that works here is a layout that fits the room. Design in feet and inches; the numbers mean something.
We're in beta and the shelf is still filling — including named vendor catalogs, which are being onboarded now. That's why so much of the studio is parametric: the builders generate what the library doesn't carry yet, and the Prop Shop makes the rest from a photo or a prompt.
Every design carries a production spec sheet — floorplan, seat counts, panel grids, shop drawings, cut patterns — measured off the model instead of retyped from it. It's the packet you send out for quotes, and it redraws itself the moment the design changes.
Every show has the one piece no catalog stocks. In the Prop Shop, describe it or hand it a photo and it comes back as a real 3D model — textured, sized by you, and filed in your library like anything else you'd drag into the room.
Plain English — “a carved wooden pedestal, fluted shaft, cream finish.” Queue as many as you like.
A product shot, a site photo, a mood-board frame. Drop the file or paste from the clipboard.
Pro plans and up. Runs are metered in credits, and the price is printed on the button before you press it.
3D generation powered byIdeate in the room at full scale. Try the wide stage against the thrust, swap the Look, and see the answer instead of debating it.
Walk the client through it live, or send the link ahead of the call. The conversation happens inside the design instead of around a deck.
Capacity, sightlines, and clearances checked against real dimensions — with a floorplan, spec sheet, and DXF/FBX export for the drawings.
One shared canvas for scenic, video, lighting, and account. Team libraries and reusable Assemblies keep the house style in every pitch.
And the client? They need nothing at all. The link opens the design in their browser — no account, no install, nothing to learn.
Designers specify what's in front of them. Get your inventory into the library the room gets built from — placed in real designs, scaled against real stages, and shared with the client who signs off.
Note: EVT3D is a design and visualization platform — not a booking or inventory tool. Quotes, availability, and orders still flow through your usual channels.
Your products live inside the design canvas — dragged, placed, and tweaked in scale while the concept is being built. That's when specification decisions actually get made.
Clients see your gear in the room — scaled to the stage, the audience, the venue — instead of evaluating a PDF spec sheet next to twelve others.
Every interactive client review carries your products with it. One link, any browser, your brand in the design — no extra effort on the designer's part.
Free gets you a real project in 3D with the library, a share link your client can walk through, and VR. Paid plans open every builder, drop the watermark, and add the team.

AI Enhance credits, prop generation, venues, and asset conversion are metered or quoted on top of any plan — see full pricing. Venues marked “Included” in the catalog are free to place; the rest are priced individually. Pricing may still change during beta; early teams keep their introductory rate.
The free plan gets you three projects, the library, and a share link a client can walk through. No credit card, nothing to install.
Fair warning: EVT3D is in beta. Things occasionally fall over, and the library is still moving in. There's a bug button in the builder and a real person reads every report.
